Firstly you will write a hand written letter requesting for transcript of your result, attached it with photocopies of your result and Olevel result and submit it to the office of the Deen Students Affair.
The Deen will sign it after reviewing.
Then proceeds to the bank (i.e Zenith Bank) to make a payment of #2000 fee for the transcript.
Return the payment teller to the bursary unit and obtain a receipt for the payment.
Goto the student affairs unit of your department and submit it.
