As a way to ensure directives are followed to stop the spread of the covid-19 disease, The head of West African Examination Council (WAEC) National Office Nigeria, Mr. Patric Areghan, disclose this in the WAEC National headquarter Yaba Lagos State.
Mr. Areghan, said that all candidate taken the may/june 2020 Senior School Certificate Examinations (WASSCE), must wear a face mask so all so supervisors and all others that will be at the exam venue.
He added, that each school is expected to provide thermometer hand-gun, wash- hand buckets with running water, soaps, sanitisers and so forth for use at the exam venues.
However Patrick, seek support of both the federal and various state government as well as corporate bodies and individuals to come to the aid of WAEC by donating such items as sanitisers, face masks and other required as safety measures at any of their offices nationwide.
