WRONG JAMB COMBINATION CAN LEAD TO
FORFEITING OF ADMISSION OR CHANGE OF DISIREABLE COURSE OF STUDY.
I know many students or do you know many or you are a victim of wrong JAMB combination, as many student lack good orientation on how to select jamb combination subject that meet the appropriate requirement.
Some student only select their best subject which they are good at for them to just pass/obtain high score in JAMB UTME examination some lack orientation while some take the selection of the jamb combination just for granted, not knowing that you can select any other 3 subject jamb will accept you and set exam for you.
The implication is when you have gotten admission and you went for screening that is when you will discover that you make a wrong decision in some of our university today wrong JAMB subject combination is a hinder/total forfeiting of your admission while other university will make a decision either to change your course of study to another, the decision is only made when they discover they have vacant of admission.
How can student overcome this problem?
One should at first select the institution he want to study, then he go to the school portal and make a research on the school admission requirement , where one will have free access to all the school courses and admission requirement for each course.
Note: take note of the subject combination in the school portal.
The second is one should check the jamb syllabus for course combination of the appropriate year of exam.
Or one should ask somebody that’s know better about the school
