Isah Aliyu bala was born in tudun wada constituency village tudun nupawa, Kaduna south local government of kaduna state in the year 1996
He obtained his primary living certificate at LEA SHEIK GUMI TUDUN WADA in the year 2006 at his school period he serves as Assistant headboy
He then proceeded with his junior secondary school Carrier in GOVERNMENT JUNIOR SECONDARY SCHOOL TUDUN NUPAWA were he obtained his junior certificate in the year 2008 he serves as time keeper prefect at his school period.
He continue his secondary school Carrier at GOVERNMENT COLLEGE KADUNA and obtained his secondary living certificate in the year 2011 were he serves as health prefect
Isah Aliyu bala got his higher institution admission in NUHU BAMALLI POLYTECHNIC ZARIA in the year 2016 in department of QUANTITY SURVEY FACULTY OF ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN Where he obtained NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN QUANTITY SURVEYING in the year 2018
Which he held a departmental post of ASSISTANT SECRETARY GENERAL and thesame time he serves as the SECRETARY of the union he holds DIRECTOR OF WELFARE at FACULTY LEVEL
Isah Aliyu bala continued his HND (300level) in the year 2019 at thesame department of QUANTITY SURVEY
